Service is brilliant. My son and I come in every other weekend and our order is remembered. This is appreciated as a returning customer. When I asked my son if he wanted to go to another subway store he wanted to return to this store.
I had a one night stay with the intention of exploring Poole. I was travelling by train, so the hotel being a very short walking distance from Poole station made it very convenient. It is also next to a supermarket and a few shops and only a moderate walk from the town centre and Poole Quay. It was also literally the other side of a road from Holes Bay and the Holes Bay Path for somewhere to walk or run. Sandwiches in general are up to standard…by the time you’ve got them. Service was pretty bad. Maybe need to rethink their staffing, you’re loosing custom due to crazy waiting times ??
