The family and I have been visiting Vesuvio for a while now for a cheeky beverage or 5. Today Vesuvio launched their official menu with Master Chef Matei Baran and let me say it more than lived up to the hype. The four of us arrived and were greeted by the lovely bar manager Sophie and owner Les. They make you feel at home straight away. Ordered drinks and then escorted to our table. First visit since the recent reopening. Staff were friendly and helpful to choose something different to drink and offered a taste of the beer before trying. Relaxed atmosphere even if a little quiet, but at least we managed to hear ourselves and got a seat

I've been going to Vesuvio for about a year, and this is the first time I've eaten in the restaurant. It was absolutely superb. The food was absolutely fantastic; the service was professional & friendly.Special thanks to Les, Nigel & Sophie Our waitress was an absolute credit to the restaurant too.I'll be definitely going for food again.Highly recommended, but I also recommend booking in advance.
