Pemberton Rd, Allensford, ConsettAn absolutely lovely cafe in a beautiful place. Super clean and smashing food. Seperate covered area for those with dogs which is missing from a lot of food establishments. Extra friendly and polite staff. In general a bit of a gem! I find it hard to believe that you'll not be impressed. Playpark and river walk right at the door.

Fleece Inn
22 Front St, Castleside, ConsettWhat a wonderful friendly pub this is. The owners spoke with us asking us about our travels in the camper and even helped us out with a local place to park up. The local people were so friendly too really lovely evening. The owners then told us yo help ourselves to a cheeseboard that they had laid on for no cost! How very kind of them .

Front St, Shotley Bridge, ConsettAlways delivered piping hot and never had a bad meal yet. Definitely our favourite take awayVegetarian options: I always get the vegetable korma delivered and it is beautiful. We also get either garlic or veg pilau and sometimes the paneer tikka and they are all cooked lovely and always piping hot ?⭐️
