Unit 2A, Kingswood Leisure Park, HullWent to lunch today. Everything was great; salad bar, hot food and drinks. Staff were very polite and couldn’t do enough for you. Well priced too. Highly recommended.

Kingswood Retail Park, Althorp Rd, HullWe had such a great time tonight, our server was a gentleman called Will and his customer service was outstanding, the best I’ve had in a long time. Nothing was too much trouble he made such a lovely effort with our little boy who even commented on how good his customer service was and that’s a 7yr old. Thank you so much and we’ll be back soon.

Pint & Pot
246 Ellerburn Ave, HullSuch a warm, welcoming pub that have kept the friendly/family atmosphere throughout the years and the different owners, Emma, Chloe and Lee have brought this pub back from the bottom and they should be celebrated for the shear hard work and love they’ve put back into our community. Get yourselves down here and make pubs what they used to be!!!!

The Meadows Public House
100 Minehead Rd, HullCalled in for a swift pint. Saw the quality of the bar food and had to have some. Good portion of scampi. The pub has two large rooms each with a pool table. The pub was reasonably busy for a Friday lunch time. There were enough beers to choose from although no cask ale. The atmosphere was great and the music from the juke box added to this. I can see why locals use this place.

The Library Café
University of Hull Brynmor Jones Library, Cottingham Rd, HullA cafe in the open plan foyer of the library building. There's lots of space and small and large tables with comfortable seating. Drinks are nice and there seem to be good cakes options. It's a bit more expensive than some places, but overall quite good.

Tesco Cafe
Hall Rd, HullTesco cafe is very convenient for shopping. It was quiet on a weekday morning, so there was space to bring a small trolley in. Very reasonably priced. The tea was nice, but the croissant was pretty poor! You order at screens and take a number to your table for table service. There are lots of different table sizes and some comfier chairs. They also have baby high chairs.

The Village Green Cafe Bar
Richmond Ln, HullIt is a small venue, I visit once a week, by far my favourite place to eat on kingswood. I can not fault the lunch time menu. I would recommend the afternoon tea, it is huge (booking required). The staff there are the same everytime I go in and they are always so friendly and hospitable. Also you get a nice biscuit with your hot drink, I love that.
