Great place, staff so welcoming and friendly (Two ladies, mother and daughter I think?) gave us various recommendations for takeout etc, really helpful.The food here was great, I got the Dacre burger with chunky chips and the missus got the Greek wrap. Both really nice.My burger was huge with pulled pork on top, I finished it just… could have done with a lie down after it ?.Would definitely recommend this place if your this way on ????

The Micro Pig Bar

The micro pig is a true micro pub. This cosy little pub is very nicely decorated in a modern style. There's a good choice of beers and larger, including two cask conditioned hand pulled real ales. A nice friendly community pub. Highly recommended.Parking: Free on street parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat entrance OK for wheelchairs but very little space.

Food fantastic, staff lovely, decor brilliant.The downside was out of 7 items on the menu, 2 of them were unavailable, and there were no desserts on offer.Chicken a la creme, absolutely delicious.

Good local pub. F1 was shown on the screen when we wandered in for a pint on a Saturday so I presume they are happy to show sport in general. Decent beer but didn't stop for food if they do it.

Gardener's Retreat & Coffee Haven

We went on a really busy Sunday lunchtime, however were able to find a table straightaway and order food at one of multiple, well-staffed till points without much of a wait. The service was really friendly, and food came very quickly and was piping hot and freshly cooked. The meals were very tasty and filling so didn't have room for pudding, but they looked amazing and we have treat ourselves to them on a previous visit. They had staff constantly clearing and wiping tables which was nice to see so there was a good turnaround of tables for people turning up.
