However, it would be better to take orders at the table as the bar gets busy with drinks orders.Only moan it was really hot in the pub no open fire or anything. Windows didn't open, so couldn't cool down so had to go outside.Food & drinks: Drinks lovely.My husband had the beef roast, looked beautiful, and he enjoyed. I wasn't too hungry and had leek and potato soup and ciabatta bread. Fresh and homemade. Recommend to go and eat.

1 E End, Walkington, BeverleyBig thankyou to the staff for our Saturday birthday lunch. Mums 89th birthday went very smoothly. Our only concern beforehand was the access due to her frailty but you all managed that extremely well. She had a great time. Thankyou ?Wheelchair accessibility: Not easy, but was managed with understanding, courtesy & respect.
