The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great.
Couldn’t do enough for us.

Yorkway Motel
The Balk, Pocklington, York, East Riding of YorkshireAbsolutely fantastic place to stay .The staff just can’t do enough for you .They are soo kind ,friendly and helpful.Nothing is too much trouble.Spotlessly clean ,warm,modern.The breakfast was lovely and plenty of it .Cearls ,juice .All you need .The chalets are brilliant ,you can just come and go as you please.Again spotless ,warm and very cosy .Thank you very much for everything.We Will definitely return.5star plus in our eyes .Would highly recommend this little gem of a motel ?

The Station Hotel
1 Pavement, Pocklington, YorkEnjoyed a meal here (again), had a Station Burger with cheddar cheese and my wife had one with Stilton cheese, have to say the food is absolutely wonderful, the pub is lovely, it sells Timmy Taylor's Landlord so can't be bad, definitely recommend this establishment ?

6-8 Waterloo Square, Pocklington, YorkVisited with family and friends. Just turned up on a Saturday and had to wait 10 minutes. Two nice ladies serving who gave us a good window seat. Quick and friendly service. Tasty food and cakes. Clean toilets upstairs. Parking can be sometimes hard un Pocklington, but otherwise a great find.

The Ramblers' Rest
The Ramblers Rest, Main St, Millington, YorkWe had an overnight stay at the bed and breakfast a couple of weeks ago . Followed by a cooked breakfast which was preordered in advance. The room was outstandingly clean, spacious and lots of room. The bathroom was spotless. The breakfast again was outstanding. Both the ladies we dealt with there were really friendly, welcoming and understanding on what was a difficult time for us suddenly losing our dog the previous week. I would definitely recommend and we will certainly be returning very soon. Thankyou again

Melbourne Road, Pocklington, Yorkwe love this place. the staff are so friendly. the lakes are beautiful. first time my children did watersports yesterday and they had a fantastic time, my son fell off the paddle board and a member of staff was on hand to assist him back on.

Did not have long to wait for our food.
Hard to choose as it all looked so nice. the staff were very friendly. And the small shop has a good variety of things. Also the place is wheelchair friendly and good parking.

3-5 Railway St, Pocklington, YorkLovely fish and chip fish was so tasty and batter was perfect was aproched by tv crew in shop hopefully this speads about how nice the chippy is and gives the chippy more customers as the shop is so lovely staff and owner so lovely and fish and chips the best weve ever tasted 1000 recomend x

The Glasshouse Restaurant
Kilnwick Percy, Pocklington, ResortHaving dined here twice this week during a 4 night stay at KP Lodges, we had excellent service and great food which was beautifully presented. The food and beverages were also excellent value. The resort was quiet so atmosphere was somewhat affected, though the warm welcome, attentive and professional service we recieved from the staff made up for the lack of patrons.
We will certainly be visiting KP lodges again and look forward to dining at the Glasshouse.

Kilnwick Percy Resort & Golf Club
Pocklington, Kilnwick Percy, YorkStayed in one of the lodges, was a little dated and some of the furniture was a little tired.
Food at the restaurant however was amazing!!
We stayed as a group, so a lodge with a hot tub was nice.

21 Railway St, Pocklington, YorkWe where staying at Allerthorpe Golf & Country park and looking to order pizza, we where advised to give Frank's a try and are so glad we did. The pizza was hot and really tasty. We assumed we'd have to go to the main entrance to meet the delivery, but he delivered straight to our lodge. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend.

Regardless of this, however, lattes are my cheeky treat and will always give in.

Broadhelm Close, Pocklington, YorkCalled in after work last week and the member of staff I was served by was really helpful and friendly, Presley was his name I think and the food was really quick in arriving and very tasty! The store was really nice and clean and i will definately be calling there again 10/10
