As a local resident I chose the white Hart for a special family get together.Bigggg mistake.We were the only guests in the large restraunts, yet it took 2¾ hrs to complete our Sunday roast meal for 7 people.I had to sit with my coat on all through the meal it was so cold. Others in my party were draping scarves around their shoulder and neck to keep warm.In the bar was a lovely fire. On leaving, passing through the bar it felt lovely and warm. Myself and family are currently staying at the White Hart in braintree due to a serious flood at our home. Our insurance placed us here and it has been lovely. Amazing food, exceptional service and lovely cosy rooms. I would never hesitate to stay again. We are so unbelievably grateful for everything.
