Went on a quiet eve (27/12/23) service quick - 6pc bucket + chips for TAKE-AWAY. Chips not crisp - and tasted re-heated. Chicken tasted nice and moist - but coating also not too crisp, probably due to condensation inside the bucket.
Food is lovely.Service is a bit slow. I've been In there a few times now and always stood by the counter, and multiple staff stand there or walk past you, and I always have to ask them if the till is open and then someone finally serves me.Also very very slow to get your order too.

Staffs are not friendly and I think what they think is that they are giving out food for free, I have gone to the restaurant couple of times and this was consistent and about food as always KFC doesn't want to make good food in united Kingdom thats the truth and they wanna make more money.
