We were served by a lovely lady named Trish who despite being rushed off her feet gave fantastic service. She took her time making sure our food and drinks order was correct by reading everything back to us and apologised for the wait (she was the only one serving at the time) anyone else could be flustered and panicked by the queue of people, but she was absolutely brilliant. Breakfast with Santa ?? wow what a special event, the staff went above and beyond to put this on, with special visitors: Santa and the Grinch. On arrival we were greeted to our table, which had goodie bags for the children, Christmas crackers and was beautifully laid out. We came for a family meal. Staff were exceptional and welcoming. They decorated the tables for us at our request and nothing was too much trouble. Food was lovely, a very warm and friendly atmosphere. Couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be back :)
