Sunday roast dinner. What a fantastic meal. A generous portion of roast Lamb with mint sauce, roast potatoes, roast carrots, cabbage, cauliflower cheese, cabbage, peas, steamed carrots & a big jug of gravy. A lot of places get the vegetables wrong, not here. I don't know whos doing the cooking but they have a proper old school attention to detail. The Tack Room at the Horse & Groom was a brilliant venue for our family and friends get together. We were able to decorate the room and have our own music playing, with drinks provided at the bar in the room. The buffet was a fantastic spread - everyone commented on the delicious chips and the mini Yorkshire puddings with beef and horseradish went down particularly well.
