Just stopped for a quick drink and a bite to eat. Had the Battered prawns and the baked Camembert off the light bite menu. Both were delicious, the staff were friendly and the food came quickly despite it being a busy lunch time service. All the main meals that came to the other tables looked tasty and had good portion sizes.
Popped in with my daughter having recently moved to the area and couldn't recommend more highly. We were welcomed with open arms and spent the most wonderful evening there. Not sure why there are negative reviews but our experience could not have been more different. Friendly, warm, great conversation and great drinks. Am proud to now call this my 'local'. Thanks everyone for a fab evening!!!

Good food at really reasonable prices and a good quality pint too. We were a large group and the staff were really accommodating, organising the bill to make it easy for us to pay. The food amazingly all came out at the same time despite our chaotic ordering. Would definitely return when next in the area. Rachael (not with Sean).
