Really good takeaway, but unfortunately it is now getting very expensive, every time I go in the prices have gone up. At Brewers Fayre I can get 2 fish and chips for £9.49, and can sit in the warm and comfort to eat them. I think my takeaway days are coming to an end.
Fish and chips are good but a bit pricey. Staff not overly attentive. There is better in the area but if they happen to be most convinent for you it's not a bad choice.Edit: From my latest visit the "cod" I ordered was most definitely not cod at all. After having cod in Reykjavik a week before my visit to this chippy I was shocked. The fish had the texture of Basa at the Quedgeley fryer. Looks like the local supermarket now is a better option for cod.
