My partner and I went to the Old Lodge for Sunday roast. Our order was taken quickly, the staff are amazing, there are enough staff to serve everyone, they're on the ball and very helpful. We didn't have to wait too long for our food which was surprising because the place was pretty packed. I had the roast beef - it was delicious - really tasty beef, cooked the way I love it, medium rare, and a lot of it too. There were 14 of us and we were lucky enough to have a separate room, the room was lovely, the food was good and the staff were all very attentive and friendly. Will definitely return.

I booked for 10 of my friends, and we all had different things that we had to pre order because of the numbers, and everyone was very happy with their selections, and said that the food was excellent. The staff were very attentive and pleasant, and we altogether had a very happy time. We will definitely be going back
