We had a very pleasant family lunch in very nice surroundings, with very good service and very tasty quality food. There’s something for everyone on the menu and we all enjoyed the experience.
Pizza Express is always excellent. Visited this central London one for lunch on a Friday.Quiet, but that’s how I like it. Ordered the doughballs (what else?) and one of the Christmas pizzas - the one with the truffle. Choice of food did not disappoint. Lovely.Ordered the chocolate cake for dessert. Allegedly it’s only 277 calories, which I like. Mascarpone with it though to double that ?The beer was Peroni. As it was. As it should be.
