Went for some food before a long flight and got speaking to Bev. She was really friendly and was a big help explaining how the ordering system worked. We will definitely come back if we fly from T3 again!

Food was great really tasty and came quickly! Service was excellent thank you Lian! She was helpful and polite. She helped us carry our bags! The atmosphere is calm and chilled out if you want a break from the busy hectic airport! The restaurant feels exclusive! Thank you!

I work from Heathrow so often visit Itsu but I received incredible service recently from (I hope I remembered correctly) Mustafa in T5. I’d been saving my butterflies to treat myself on a day I needed a little pick me up but didn’t realise they expire. During the conversation at the counter I mentioned this and seeing my disappointment, this lovely man said it was their treat and gave me the complimentary gift - It was genuinely the best bit about my day! Thank you for the excellent service and beautiful food always.

Wow! Wasn’t expecting when I walked in to find the best restaurant in London! The food that was served to me and my fiancé was superb, and the food all around us looked great too. We each had a ceaser salad and a smoothie. Friendly service, fast delivery and midway pricing made for customers who can’t wait to come back.

Lovely spot, just I'm the lobby of the Premier inn hotel.
Really nice courteous and helpful members of staff
Obviously great coffee, and plenty of choices for bigger or smaller cold or warm snacks
