I really like this place. It's small but has some seating. The staff are polite and friendly. The food is fresh and tasty. And has vegetarian options. I checked there's no bonito flakes, as its used in Japanese cooking and not suitable for vegetarians.
The deco is calming and they also sell books and little bits.
I had to takeaway my food due to time but in future I would much rather come here than wagamama or any other outlet.
Definitely will be back.

Before I get into the food, I must admit my continued frustration with the claim to represent "regional" Indian cooking across many of the new hyped desi eateries in the city. I suppose the lehsooni palak references Rajasthani lehsooni chutney, but more so than dal baati or gatte ki sabzi? Champaran may be a secondary hallmark of Bihar, but where is sattu and where is litti chokha? My partner hails from Uttarakhand and has never heard of a pahari dish called "dahi wali bhindi." NYC needs better regional Indian restaurants that ACTUALLY serve regional cuisine. With that being said, the flavors were very good. As always at Unapologetic Indian establishments, the paneer is a standout - it was perfectly tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, just like the one I had ordered from Biryani Bol. The aforementioned lehsooni palak and dahi bhindi were both nicely spiced, very rich mains that I'm glad we ate with chappatis rather than a heavier bread. The atmosphere is fun and casual with a 2010s Bollywood playlist (I'm pretty sure I heard Hookah Bar). Thankfully the hype has died down so you can actually get a seat here now.

Absolutely loved our meal from Chutneys — one of the best Indian takeaways we’ve had in ages! The chicken tikka masala was beautifully creamy with just the right level of heat my daughter could not get enough. The Chili Garlic chicken and the Chicken Jalfrezi were bursting with flavor. As someone who isn’t particularly a fan of Japanese cuisine, I was initially unsure of what to order. However, thanks to the patience and guidance of Prasan and Bhavi, they recommended dishes that suited my palate perfectly—and I ended up really enjoying the meal!

My wife and I brought along our two children, who are notoriously fussy eaters, but the friendly and helpful demeanor of these two servers worked wonders. They interacted with our kids and made excellent suggestions, making sure that even the little ones enjoyed their food.

We ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Donburi, Vegan Yasai Yaki Soba with rice noodles, Chicken Ramen, Yaki Soba with chicken and prawns, Bang Bang Cauliflower, and Shitake Itsumami. Every dish was beautifully prepared, and with their recommendations, it felt like each item was tailored to our preferences.

Honestly, cannot praise this place enough, the only fish and chips shop we use in the area (when we have it once in a blue moon) as normally cooked fresh, means you wait a little longer but better than cooked/warmed/reheated and dry fish or chips like most places. We’ve been regulars at every coffee store in Uxbridge and beyond but none come close to Nero’s. Every time we step inside we are warmly welcomed by the staff, but I must mention Julia, Austin and another I didn’t catch the name of. Truly impeccable service, by the time Julia kindly asked if we had been served yet, Austin spun around from the coffee machine and promptly handed our order. He remembers exactly what we order and how we like them made, with the amount of customers he must see everyday this is very impressive and commendable. Aswell as flawless service, I should mention the coffee is perfect every single time without fail. I cannot stress how rare this is, Austin is able to consistently produce the same beautiful coffee everytime we order. All of the staff work together so smoothly and efficiently, thank you to all of the staff there that make my 15 minute coffee break a highlight to my day.

Oh my Oh my I don't even know where to begin this Greggs is amazing. Customer service is absolutely impeccable and it's always so lovely to go and embrace the warmth of the bakery. I go here very frequently with my children and they just n serve the food so quickly that I can blink it's just infront of me already. And oh my God don't even get me started here's a little secret if you get some Yums Yums you can ask the workers to get them heated up. And it is a delicacy, they are so beautiful and so HOT! It's so lovely after a cold winter day just going to Greggs you just have a hot Yum Yum amazing. Absolutely amazing. I just I love going here. Even when my kids are pretty loud they don't even kick us out. They truly understand what it's like to have kids! Other than my kids being loud (I do get them to quiet down, don't worry) it is a quiet spot. Perfect for a quick snack. I work from home and from time to time I do my work in there and it's at the perfect voice level. No crazy people disturbing the peace, apart from my kids haha?. Honestly, it's one of my favourite places to go. This is what I like to see in Britain, this we need more of this in England.

We hired the back bit of the garden for a Confirmation Party. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Moreover, due to the unpredictable weather, they were very flexible where the party should take place- inside or outside.
I would definitely recommend this venue for any occasion, come rain or shine and especially those with young children as they have a fantastically large garden with swings and a slide and even room for a game of football. Thank you to the Kings Arms for helping making our day so special!

The food was excellent – fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. You can clearly see that great care goes into both the quality of the ingredients and the way the dishes are prepared. The menu offered a good variety of options, so there was something for everyone.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very pleasant: clean, well-organized, and perfect for a relaxed meal. Overall, everything met a very high standard and exceeded my expectations.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will happily return in the future. ?️?

Pizza: dry and hard. Shame really. The assistant must have known they were serving something inedible. Alternatively, Wenzels employ people incapable of determining the quality and freshness of what they sell. I may go there again, but I'm educated now!

First time I ate here, and what and amazing experience! Friendly and helpful staff. Ordered the lamb wrap which was £5.50 (steal) but the kind gentleman serving me rounded it down to £5! Was 100% delicious and no, wasn’t a Scrooge style portion - was filling and generous for the bargain price. Know where to go for great food in future. Thank you.

Decent Chinese takeaways are getting harder to find. This place is about the best I've used in a long long time. Food is first rate with a massive menu, prep time is epically quick and the peeps behind the counter, very professional and courteous. All of this makes this place my first choice.

Tried the McD's in Chimes shopping centre but it was just too busy and could not get a seat, so came to this one. A lot more free seating available, food was piping hot! and the server was very polite. Was offered face painting for the kids(at additonal cost, which we declined but it's nice to see), and kids activity packs were offered for my little ones - currently playmobil collaboration.
