Nice cosy, friendly pub. With very good food and good portion sizes. Decent size garden and a good play area for the kids. Although it has a good size car park, some spaces are a little tight, and fills up quickly if the pub is busy, so get there early.
Recently broke down in the car park of the half moon. The owner and staff went above and behind helping myself get the work van up and running.Will definitely be having a meal here as if the food and service is half as good at what I witnessed the other day then its 5⭐️ from myself and the 5 other guys with extra needs in van with me. Had the pleasure of attending my nephews wedding at this venue and it was an excellent day made very special by the staff and management would highly recommend The Half Moon, if you are looking for an all inclusive wedding event with ceremony and reception also the food served was delicious .
