Rita's Tea Room

This charming little tea room caught us off guard. We were staying nearby and had spotted the sign for it on the way to our accommodation. The next morning we headed over to find such a cute interior to a magnificent building in an adorable little village. The staff were lovely and the food and drink was lovely and actually very reasonably priced!

The Bell at Yarpole

Went to the Italian themed menu night on Saturday. Great food, antipasti was amazing and main course both chicken and vegetarian option was very tasty. Pub is now being run by volunteers, who are serving the food and drink. Great atmosphere, very friendly, pub was full. Will definitely return.Vegetarian options: Very tasty.

I have had various dishes here and am always happy with it. I can recommend bangers and mash. Ice-cream served in the summer. Eating indoors and outdoors both available. Airfield cafe. It's usually a 10 until 2 kind of venue. Shobdon Airfield has a nice atmosphere and various aircraft operate from there.Parking: Grass car park available. Never gets full.

Wonderful friendly pub! Went here for Sunday dinner with family and friends. Service was very friendly and we were kept updated on when our meal would arrive. The vegetable tart that went with the roast was a very nice vegetarian option and flavourful. Vegetable sides were also very tasty. Others on the table really enjoyed the pork option as well. Portion sizes were excellent, flavourful and good value for money and the pudding selection was excellent. The cheesecake was very rich and indulgent. Will definitely be back again!Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian option for the Sunday roast which was not a terrible meat alternative but a well thought-out tart with a great taste and texture!
