The Jolly Waggoner, Ardeley, StevenageExcellent pub and the food was amazing, from portion size to the Jolly burger it was great.
We were camping at the farm really recommend the place even though the cows were mooing at 2330 and the sheep at 4am ?

Church Farm Cafe
Ardeley, StevenageReally lovely farm with lots to see & not overpriced like some others. Animals well cared for and have lovely spacious and enriching enclosures. We did the lamb bottle feeding experience and will definitely be back again it was so lovely. Farmer Dan was so patient and told us all about the lambs. Well organised and not rushed at all once the lambs had finished their bottles! Thank you for a lovely day & lunch in the cafe. Would definitely recommend and love the not for profit where the animals clearly come first ❤️

The White Lion
White Lion, 31 High St, Walkern, StevenageLovely pie and mash at the white lion. Warm welcome from bar staff and the resident pub puppy who tried her hardest not to let us leave.... definitely will return. Thank you for a very enjoyable lunch.
