Very friendly staff and excellent sirloin steak served with garlic mushrooms (you can have them plain if you prefer), tomato, chips and side garnish. Steak was cooked perfectly and of excellent quality.
Visited Sunday for lunch after a tasty light lunch previous week when the prawns impressed. Table reserved in our name made another good impression. Very friendly welcome again and our earlier visit remembered. Lunch was HUGE. Chose beef and asked if we preferred pink or more well done. Opted for latter. New menu tonight and it didn't disappoint! Lovely pub grub, good portion sizes, friendly and attentive staff. Lovely to see a good old British pub having a revival after the past year.
