Poor service .. ordered a meal with a drink from deliveroo as soon as I opened the food bag my drink was missing. I called Sam's and the response was that I did give the drink so I don't know anymore. You should have checked. The guy was so rude. He even said that I did my job. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! THEY SEND YOU OUT BURNT CRISPY UNCOOKED CHICKEN AND THEN CLAIM ITS GRILLED CHICKEN AND THATS HOW ITS SUPPOSED TO BE!! Please do not order/eat even bother looking at this restaurant I don’t know how they’re still open?!?! Ordered this place for lunch and they sent me RAW UNDERCOOKED chicken in my burger and I am pregnant, luckilly when I bit into it I took it out of my mouth as it tasted horrible I didn’t swallow it as I would’ve ended up in hospital ! Worst chicken place ever please can someone shut this place down!!
