So good to have a proper pub with fabulous views, wonderful staff and landlord. Very dog friendly. Always return on our visits to Shanklin and recommend it to our Holiday Cottage guests.
Nice little pub on the chine, with great sea views. Enjoyed the ale on offer ??? and the man behind the bar had very good customer service. Will visit again when I’m next on the island

This place is situated 5 minute walk from the beach far end and above Shanklin Gardens.. Lovely views over the beach and nice walks to and from there.. This is a nice old fashioned pub friendly and welcoming staff nice and reasonably priced.. Plenty of seating inside and few places to sit outside over looking the sea.. Might not be everyone type of place but I liked and enjoyed as do like older Inns/pubs.. And I like the views
