It is decent pub, good enough range of drinks, plenty of space and a dedicated outside section with tvs for smokers not wanting to miss the footie. I have been in there and free food was available to patrons. Better than the Aussie Arms round the corner.

After entering and making small talk with the two people standing at the front, I was offered free baclava to try which was really good. Highly recommend! The food was amazing and at such a reasonable price. 2 for 1 on the pastas, I recommend the katsu chicken one. Between 2 of us we shared 3 slices of the pizzas, only £4-5 each, the dough is made fresh in house and you can tell, they were great! We had room to squeeze in a chocolate banana pizza between us, it was delicious. Staff are great and looked after us well, the bill all in all came to £40 which included 2 pints as well. Will definitely be back to try the burgers and fish and chips. Well done guys!

A beautiful taverna in a lovely spot.
We were a nightmare party for any normal restaurant but the staff and owners could not have been more accommodating and lovely to us. The food was delicious and came quickly, the vibe was relaxed and comfortable and the service was excellent and delivered with a smile.
A special note about the owners, they really were fantastic, I found myself chatting to them for 20 minutes or so after my meal and they were a lovely couple. They even treated me to a couple of scoops of delicious dessert free of charge.

Been coming here for about 3 months now as a result of our old chippie changing hands and food getting worse. The golden fish bar is fantastic in terms of quality of food and prices. We are now regulars here. I would suggest ordering ahead, as they are so popular that you may have a long wait otherwise (at least on a Friday night).

Really enjoyed our breakfast at this unique ‘greasy spoon’ cafe. I got the vegan feast and added hash browns. I was very happy with what we got for the price we paid. And they didn’t charge extra for plant milk in my coffee! All the breakfast components were tasty, especially the mushrooms, the service was quick and staff friendly and welcoming. This is a lovely location with lots of character. The cafe is inside an arch and is long & thin inside, so space is a little limited - not a problem at all for us as we opted to sit outside and enjoy the harbour views - but worth noting for larger groups. That said it was reasonably busy when we visited but didn’t feel claustrophobic and noise levels were ok inside, and outside there was no real noise. It was warm but quite a windy day, the location was fairly sheltered so it was really pleasant.

It was a joy. An absolute joy to return to our favourite Italian restaurant, and lovely to see little had changed. \nOur hosts Maria and Luciano welcomed us back as lost friends, the food is still locally sourced (where possible), freshly prepared, absolutely delicious, and very well-priced. \nIt was only a short visit, so we headed straight to mains, a Cannelloni Pollo e Spinaci and a Lasagna Luciano, with Small Garlic Pizza Bread Bites. The latter to make sure we didn't miss a drop of sauce. Everything was fantastic! \nWe came away delighted, and thinking this is how Italians cooks for themselves, no pretensions, no nonsense, just honest good food. We enjoyed it so much we're going back next week for a longer meal.

Visited as we wanted somewhere for breakfast that was dog friendly. The food was amazing, tea in a proper mug and a seat in the sun. I am so glad we picked here as it was a lovely way to end a break away. My dog really liked making lots of new friends and that they have doggie sausages.

Found this inn by pure accident, the BBQ was fresh and tasty with homemade ingredients with lots of flavour. We had spicy new potatoes with our BBQ with the marinated chicken and homemade burger.
