My prawn cocktail starter was very fresh, and the prawns were nicely fresh and firm.The beef chilli main course was also great!We received good service from friendly staff. I shall definitely be returning.

Went to Rochester today and fancied a roast for lunch while we were there, Google suggested this place ....we hadn't booked but they very kindly let us have a table. The food was lovely & plenty of it and the staff were all very friendly - would def recommend a visit but would book 1st.My only 1 negative comment would be there wasn't any vegetarian gravy - my friend doesn't eat red meat so just had the turkey which was fine but when he asked if the gravy was made with beef stock...read full review

Lunch during a day trip with family. Couldn't fault the service and the food was also exactly as described, good and good value. Fairly busy outside but parts of this could be spruced up and it would be good if people could sit outside to eat on a hot day, (the reason we chose this place) without cigarette smoke arriving right behind. The inside furnishings looked really nice. Gave 5 stars overall as on a typical day, we'd have sat inside anyway.
