1 Cattle Market, SandwichMy husband and I called in Ossies for fish and chips in Sandwich today (24/9/25) and WOW what a find !! Fantastic fish & chips the best we have had for years, very generous portions freshly cooked, the way they used to be years ago when we were kids, Well done guys you should run a school for fish & chips and show others how to perform.

Great Arancini. Indeed all the food was really tasty and well cooked.

Cattle Market, SandwichAlways my favourite place to get a coffee or a glass of wine. The venue itself is amazing with so much history which the staff will happily tell you about, and the outside seating is a sun trap! Meg especially makes a great coffee with great service! I must visit if you live in or are visiting Sandwich! ☕️

Fishergate, The Quay, SandwichThe pizzas were lovely. No probs. BUT in the daytime, the interior is too dark by contrast and the light coming in from the huge doors blinds you if you're sitting facing them. You can't see your fellow diners faces. Bit awks!!!

Das Besitzer-Pärchen sind sehr nett.
Zum Essen: macht nicht den Fehler und bestellt die Grillplatte für 2 Personen, wenn ihr nur zu zweit seid.

Wow – absolutely fantastic food! We ordered the Scotch egg, squid, and Ceaser salad, and every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Service at the bar by Mark was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. A truly outstanding experience.
