Love this place. Wonderful products, lovely coffee shop lots of variety across the store. Only negative was one of the assistants, HE (older tallish thin guy) is always a bit rude and ignorant but all the others are wonderful.
We love the furniture part, the gift shop and the garden centre and we decided to try the cafe. The cafe is definitely a destination rather than just an add on to the rest of it as we saw people park and just go straight to the cafe.The food was good but the service was quite slow. The waiting staff were very pleasant but not really proactive, so we had to call them over when we wanted to order a pudding and coffees plus they were slow to clear things off the table. Did not expect to see such quality in this out of the way place. You want ideas or stimulation for domestic refurb go visit. Enjoy a walk up Pendle Hill then a major scoff in the delightful restaurant. It's a day out!!!
