Dropped in for evening meal with wife and small dog. Lovely presented pub with a nice friendly atmosphere. Greeted by lovely staff and chose our preferred seats in the dog friendly area. Chose starters of garlic bread and battered king prawns with fish, chips and peas and a spicy pasta dish for main. Came here early morning fantastic food fantastic service excellent food and excellent drink.Lovely setting by a canal inside is beautiful with the lights throughout the pub.Parking: Parking at the side plenty of room and easy to park

Popped in today without booking a table. Despite being busy they got us a table inside straight away with a lovely view of the canal. Ordered food from the specials menu. Lovely home cooked food arrived promptly and was very tasty. Staff very attentive checking everything was okay.
