We visited for a big family meal there was around forty of us that had not seen each other for a long time. Traveled from all over to come and celebrate my uncles 50th The place is a proper country pub and the staff were all friendly. They had arranged the tables so we were all sat together. We had a set meal that was a mixture of different food that my auntie had arranged with the staff a week before that is served regular by them. Throughly enjoyable evening, a surprise birthday party for my cousin . The food was excellent and the service very good. One of many fabulous evenings spent here over a period of several years. Always excellent ?
