13 Bosworth Rd, Measham, SwadlincoteLovely old pup just as it should be,not the biggest pup,but the cosy and warm feeling pub very local as it in a village, large car park and its free , people who love open fire places will love this place ,also out side in the garden area bags or room and also has a stage ! Children friendly, it the king of pub you can relax and remember, the past? Good luck and enjoy.

Flames Pizza BBQ House
12 Fenton Cres, Measham, SwadlincoteAbsolutely brilliant. Love the pizzas and nothing is to much trouble. And all the staff are polite and friendly and the delivery guy deserves a medal. All the staff are a credit to the company.

Dragon I
4 Fenton Cres, Measham, SwadlincoteOrdered twice in a short space of time having never previously used this particular takeaway. We ordered on New year's eve and again the weekend after for our son's birthday. The new year order was a large order for 10 people costing £125 which we ordered and collected from the takeaway. We waited for 10 minutes after arriving when they said it would be ready so not a problem.The food was piping hot and beautiful no complaints from anyone. We were one dish missing out of 20 when we dished up at home,but by the time we'd travelled just over a mile it was waiting for us so I think they hadn't packed it rather than not cooked it. We phoned up to say it was missing the lady couldn't apologise enough. The second order was just for 3 of us and we ordered to be delivered. They told us it would be just over an hour and it was an hour and half before it arrived but again it was piping hot and full of flavour. It must be hard to give an accurate time when they have numerous orders to get out and the 20 minutes wasn't really an issue to us. Both meals were lovely and we will now use Dragon I as our default takeaway
