I was staying a night in Sleaford and looking for somewhere to eat. It was a Saturday and places were busy and noisy. I took a chance on Solo. They had a large party in the restaurant and explained I would have to wait 45 minutes for food. I was happy to sit with my glass of wine and read. The surroundings were fresh, modern and comfortable and it didn't feel like a long wait. I had the belly pork and everything on the plate was delicious. Visiting Sleaford and called in to this refurbished restaurant..friendly staff good variety on Menu and the food was lovely..gave 4 stars as Toilets could be nicer and did not work very well..

This was the first time we have eaten at the Solo. It was an excellent meal, the staff were efficient and friendly and this was on an extremely busy night with lots of diners! We are looking forward to our next visit!
