Tried this Costa on Tuesday and I must say it was a great disappointment. I was served by a rather strange young man with a beard who juggled with the crockery and then dropped it all! Took him three attempts to get my order right and he constantly chatted to others as he messed things up. He also seemed to spend his time flirting with pensioners!! I am a regular visitor to Costa Coffee at The Croft, Bromborough where it is always a treat and pleasure to visit. The staff are wonderful particularly Cameron who is so friendly and caring and ensures that not only myself and family are looked after brilliantly but we have noticed how wonderful he is with all the customers making everyone welcome and at ease. The coffee is superb and the food is always a treat.

I would just like to say that the members of staff at the Bromborough shop have always been helpful, and always polite. Since the reopening, the staff members have had to seat people accordingly. 3-4 people at the seats with 4 spaces and 1-2 people to be seated at the tables for 2. As there are less seats available now, it makes sense to maximise on the seating plan. I can't rate the staff members here highly enough, and I can honestly say the coffees here are the best!
