Best for food in the area by a landslide. We’ve been here for Sunday lunch, special occasions and just when we can’t be bothered to cook! Always amazing food, great service and if I can find an excuse to book here I will! One of the only places I struggle to select a dessert because they all appeal to me. We’ve invited many friends and family to join us here and we’ve never had anyone grumble about a thing. I especially love the cabin/bar out the back for a few drinks...read full review

Superb country gastro pub, excellent ambience, great service and exquisite foodWe ordered a range of starters, mains and desserts for 5 people and all were faultless. Good choice of vegetarian dishes, clean toilets and staff were amazing.
