Super atmosphere. Went to celebrate my daughters birthday. The staff were great . My daughter and myself ordered the haddock and chips which were great but my husband had the belly pork pie which was to put it politely not good. So much poor guality meat and the cabbage and mashed potato was no better. Lovely cosy pub to spend some time in on an Autumn day. It's very popular so booking is essential if you want to have a Sunda Roast. Nice choice of beers and the food came out quick, even though the place was busy and we had a large group. Beer Gardens also nice in the summer.

Had a great roast dinner, the food was good, (star of the roast was the beef ?) and the service was excellent. Billie made sure we were well looked after and was a big hit with my daughter. First class, we’ll be back ? Thanks Mike.
