Always been a good pub with great handpull beers for me and a warm welcome for my dog Isthatgeorgefrommarton. Only had a Sunday lunch from the menu, but very nice. Enjoyed a lovely spaghetti carbonara ordered 2 out of the 6 meals and was lovely, very creamy with chestnut mushrooms and diced gammon. Both meals went down a treat, other family members enjoyed steak and ale pies and mince and dumplings which arrived with fresh carrots mash and a Yorkshire pudding
