Beautiful tea rooms with great snacks, pastries, and full English teas. Service is impeccable. Some Botham's must haves - lemon top buns, parkin and apple pie. A Whitby staple visit.
After some poor service at the Skinner Street shop, the staff in Baxtergate were fantastic. Unfortunately, neither shop had the cotton bags to make up their special offer packs. Skinner Street were no help (although we did spend over £40 on the rest of the gifts we were looking for). Baxtergare were totally the opposite and redeemed the company. Only regret is that we didn't leave everything behind at Skinner St to give all our business to Baxtergate. The stars are obviously...read full review

I had a lovely time here the lunch I ordered was very good, I had the Yorkshire ham and wholegrain mustard sandwiches with salad and coleslaw it was delicious ?, I would recommend this place if you are looking for a nice lunch on a day out in town.
