We’ve been to Macy browns a few times over the past few years. Sometimes days on the trot whilst up in Whitby for a seaside break. The Service and Food is always incredible and they allow friendly dogs out on the balcony. We came again the other day and was a bit unsure due to the rain. Soon as we arrived we was welcomed in and shown to our seats outside. They opened up the canopy for us, wipes down our seats. When we turned up to get a drink it was closed. Text the number on the website and didn't get a reply until 4 days later. By which point we had gone gome, however we were advised that they close on Mondays and Tuesdays, which was posted on Facebook. I don't have facebook anymore and many others may not have it, so how would we have known. We ate at Macy Brown's twice. When staying in Whitby for one week. The food was delicious and staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended you visit for food and drinks.
