I just want to comment on a member of staff named Geo. I have drunk cappuccinos in Costa Coffee shop all over the country these past 15 years or so. Rarely can a barrista make a proper 'dry' cappuccino. Usually I get what is closer to a latte. Geo is an exception as she got it bang on during the 3 mornings I visited this week. This lady knows how to make coffee
I ordered a large Soya latte with vanilla syrup, what came was a veritable bucket of deliciousness in a cup with two handles, because you need that many to hold it.4* for service as one of the loos was out of order and there was no signage to tell you how to get out of the loo.
