Really enjoyable pub with lots of character - literally full of ornaments, maquettes, oddities and curiosities. Perfect for a game of eye spy with the kids!We had a great evening here with friends, and had food (pizza night) which tasted great, plenty of space and all reasonably priced, especially 'grumpy hour' where the drinks are £2.50.Dog friendly too.
This pub is awesome. If you are in the area make sure you visit. The Taylor’s Landlord is very well looked after and the pizzas from the proper pizza oven are exceptional. The staff are brilliant too Sadly I no longer live in the village so can’t just walk round there for a pint, but I will be back again… and again… and again. On my bike!!
