Its a decent carvery, the food was pretty tasty and filling. The sides were plentiful and varied including some nice Christmas options. We were there towards the end of the usual lunch period (eating at 1.20pm) and that was evident in a lack of gravy (veggie was a good substitute though) and the meat being on the dry side. Staff were very accomodating as our table was booked for 2pm but 2 family members were going to be 20 mins late due to traffic so we were able to sit in the bar and wait until they got there. We all had a carvery and it was very good. Staff were polite and friendly.

Pretty standard food chain. Waited a wile for the chef to serve us at the carvery, although it was really quiet so I expect he'd gonr on a break.Food ok, bit cold . (Maybe end of the day ) Gravy a bit bland .needed bit more taste .maybe tad more salt .Staff seemed friendly enough . And the whole place was very cosy .Would definitely return .
