Fabulous Sunday lunch and great friendly service. Starters were also delicious. It really was the best roast dinner we’ve had in years. We arrived at 3.30pm and all the roast beef had gone so three of us had chicken and one had belly pork. I’d suggest getting there a bit earlier. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area.
Good sized pub serving food and having plenty of space for dogs to spread into. A couple of beers on tap (Old Speckled Hen and Timothy Taylor Landlord when we visited). We were in on a Sunday and they had some roast potato plates on the bar as bar snacks ... bonus.

Great pub for a drink. Very spacious. The few times we popped in we found the piped music was a bit on the loud side. Sitting by the entrance helped with this as there were no speakers there.It has an accessible entrance and toilet.
