Really tasty steaks with amazing chips and vegetables - love to know the secret of how they do the shallot! Chocolate delice was likewise excellent and followed by a top notch coffee. The food was amazing, cooked exactly the way we liked them. The cocktails were something out of this world aswell Would definitely recommend and will be going back there again soon

We went in for coffee and a sandwich - they have 2 menus, one Lebanese and one English food - we ended up having Lebanese, Chicken Shawarma and a Shish Taouk with a coffee and a cheeky glass of wine (for me!) oh my word, best food I've had out in a very long time! Highly recommend going here. Very reasonably priced too.

40-42 Ock St, AbingdonWhen we arrived at The Brewery Tap we went into the bar to get the keys. We were greeted by a friendly person who took us outside through another door into the room area. This was such a surprise. We had the most fantastic and large room with large ensuite. It was very clean and had a very comfortable bed and bedding together with two easy chairs. When you were in the room, you were not bothered by any activity in the pub or garden. Would we stay again......certainly!

I was so lucky to live just a 10min drive from there. I had to move but still travel for 30mins one way just to get a take away occasionally!
Dishes are fantastic and inspired us to cook more South Asian cuisine at home.
The price is also relatively cheap for a restaurant, especially if you order on the heavy side and get leftovers for a meal the next day!

The portions were generous and flavoursome.
I had mushroom rice,sag aloo,chicken tikka madras and a garlic naan. Nice touch with free poppadoms with sauce n salad.
All of it was lovely and very fairly priced.
The delivery was quick and overall a very enjoyable experience. Thank you all.
Two months later and plenty of orders later and STILL the best local curry option.

milton interchange, Milton Interchange, Milton, AbingdonStopped off for a bite to eat as a last minute sort of thing. Passionfruit martini was delicious. Ordered 3 starters which were good. The crispy beef wasn’t a personal fave but that’s personal preference. I had the ribs. I enjoyed them. Maybe a bit more sauce, again, probably just a personal preference as I drown my food. The lady I saw most of was nice, blonde/brown highlights and high pony tail.
It was pretty quiet from what I could see, which I’m sure was a relief to the staff as this time of year in hospitality is not fun at all!

The venue has history and character with its own balcony, the staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was brilliant and the food was just right for the party. I would highly recommend it as a party venue.

She brought such great energy and attention to detail, and it really elevated the whole atmosphere. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to her, and it felt like she genuinely cared about making the experience memorable for us and our guests.
We had an amazing time, our guests are still talking about it, and we couldn’t recommend Shannon highly enough. She truly made the afternoon one to remember.

The waiters are exceptionally welcoming, kind and attentive.
The food was mouth-watering and the portions were generous !!! we had the plantain empanadas, pulled pork burritos and nachos with cajun chicken and they were just delicious ? ? ?
We will definitely come back to try more food.

The staff were very friendly, nothing was an inconvenience. We had steaks, that you cook yourself on lava a stone. My first time experiencing this and cannot recommend it enough.

The staff were welcoming and the food was freshly prepared and mostly from raw ingredients not out of a freezer pack. It was nice in particular to eat chips that had been freshly prepared from potatoes that had been hand cut. Prices were reasonable. Will certainly go again and recommend it.

Abingdon Rd, Milton Hill, AbingdonWonderful lunch at the Packhorse today. We shared a starter, which was very good, and then I had a roast beef dinner and my daughter had a lentil roast. Both were superb. The staff were very helpful and attentive. When we arrived, it was quite busy but my daughter and I both remarked on how well spaced the tables were so you didn’t feel cramped and eavesdropping on your neighbours’ conversations, unlike some places where they try to cram too many people in. The whole experience was so enjoyable and we will return very soon! Would definitely recommend.

I no longer live in the area but always make time for a stop whrn I am visitng friends of family as the Chicken Mayo is one of the best I have ever eaten. I don't like brown bread but always opt for the brown bap as something about them is just awesome.
My love for the shop was made even stronger after my recent lunch. I was unable to go in store so ordered through just eat but unfortunatley, there was o ly 1 sausage roll left when I ordered 2. Instead of juat leaving it off or issuing a refund, they made an entire sausage baguette to make up for it! This more than made up for it and just re-confirmed why I love this place so much!
Parking: Paid parking on West st helens street or free on street outside co-op if you are lucky.

The staff were friendly and dogs were welcome, although we didn't bring ours. A good wine selection was also available. Overall a lovely experience and would highly recommend as a Friday night dinner for two destination, we will definitely visit again.

1 Stert St, AbingdonI think this might now be my favourite coffee place in Abingdon. The coffee is great, they are dog friendly and will fill your reusable mug.
Food can sell out a bit quickly at lunch time so arrive early to avoid disappointment. The stock a great range of beans (they can grind them for you) to takeaway, and I think they're the only place in Abingdon that sells V60 filter papers. Handy when I run out!
