100% recommend. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, they couldn't do enough to ensure we were happy. There was a great choice on the menu, the pie is amazing!!! Will be returning very soon.
5* family meal. Visited on a Saturday lunchtime for a family members 50th birthday celebration. Chosen as a half way point to meet as there were people from Leicester and others from Peterborough and beyond. Beautiful country pub with well kept real ales and fantastic food & service. There were 8 of us in the party and there were absolutely no complaints from any one of us. Brilliant. If it wasn't for the distance involved, I'd be a regular!

We had a great lunch. It started with a lovely welcome, the food was really good and so was the beer. Lovely people, food and place. A friend who recommended The Fox said 'food is a decent quality and environment is pleasant' - she was spot on. We'll be back and often.
