28 Main St, Barrowden, OakhamHad booked in for Easter Sunday lunch and to stop over in our Motorhome, what a stunning place, it was packed when we arrived but Meg definitely had everything organised and we were soon shown to our table. Mushrooms to start and Sunday roast to follow, no room for dessert! (Many thanks Will) Pigs in blankets as a side order and there must have been ten large ones! Current owners been in since November and it’s now the hub of the village, sat and had drinks with some of them and it’s the best laugh we’ve had in ages. Will definitely return in hopefully better weather and sit outside in this beautiful village ❤️ also dog friendly

The Fox
The Fox Country Pub and Dining, 1 Pinfold Ln, North Luffenham, OakhamWe had a great lunch. It started with a lovely welcome, the food was really good and so was the beer. Lovely people, food and place. A friend who recommended The Fox said 'food is a decent quality and environment is pleasant' - she was spot on. We'll be back and often.

Taste of India - Rutland Point
Glaston Rd, OakhamI'm confident that Rooms and Service are 5* but I used restaurant. That said I TOLD staff, Indian Cuisine NEVER let's me down. Tasty wonderful service and experience. Thank you all TOP JOB.Food & drinks: Delicious Friendly welcoming staff. Thank you for a good experience.
