Mikayla, Matt and all of the staff are very attentive, proffesional and very good at making you feel welcomed upon arrival. The food is always spot on and it arrives quickly. A great place to eat and drink 10/10
Boxing day meal was not up to the usual Buttercross standards I'm used to. The staff were tired and the stuffing and yorkies burned. The staff were pleasant and courteous as usual but the pep was absent. I use Buttercross regularly so know this is an anomaly to the usual fantastic meal and service they usually provide.Parking: Only 2 disability spots in carpark. Usually they are full.

All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The table and whole place was clean and tidy. Food and drinks ordered efficiently and came with no issues. We have never had a bad meal here.
