Atlantic Island Centre
23, Cullipool, ObanCycled here from Oban, and was lucky enough to have time for lunch. Two vegan options available. We went for hearty (vegan) soup with bread baked by Mary. There was an impressive selection of lush looking cakes bakes by locales - one vegan choice. Tables outside in the sun with a view of the Atlantic, with home cooked good. Nothing nicer. Worth cycling 20 miles for. I recommend highly and will go back when I get the chance. Just check on opening hours as you don’t want to miss this and be clear when the ferry goes.

Tigh An Truish
Clachan-Seil, ObanMy recent visit to Tigh an Truish wasn't just a meal; it was an enchanting escape. Nestled beside the iconic Clachan Bridge, the inn itself exudes a warm, welcoming charm, like stepping into a storybook cottage. But the true magic unfolds on the plate. Each dish is a masterpiece, a symphony of flavors orchestrated by a passionate chef. My meal was a revelation, a perfect harmony of textures and tastes that lingered long after the last bite.
