Drimsynie Estate Hotel, Lochgoilhead, CairndowHad a pleasant visit. The place is lovely with a stunning view. However let down by the fact that the staff took our food order and we checked after 45 minutes why it had not arrived yet to be told the kitchen was shut however would open soon. So we thought fair enough it was just a mistake. A while later another member of staff told us the table we were at was booked and we would need to leave shortly. I advised the staff member that we would have left straight after we had our food that we had ordered now over an hour ago and still did not have. After saying that to the staff member he went and brought our food order straight away. The food was not cold but not very warm. I realised this was mostly an error however it let the place down as it was a small order and the place had maybe 7 tables in so really not busy.
