My preferred pub in town. It is on the pricey side, you can definitely find a pint cheaper, but the atmosphere is always good, the staff are 9 times out of 10 super friendly (we all have bad days) and anytime I've ordered food it's always been good, they also have decent vegetarian options. It's a busy place but even so the tables have never been sticky and I don't worry about catching anything from the toilets, overall the hygiene standards seem up to scratch. A great pub for a few drinks only a short walk from Princes street.It was very busy on NYE but there are plenty of seats as they have a large downstairs area.Additionally, with 2 bars it's easy to get served quickly as one is always busier than the other.
