I've been to the branch several times and never been bothered about the service, quality etc as it's been fair but last Sunday 3 of us went in and had such bad service.There were only 2 members of staff on and it was a constant stream of customers and they didn't seem to be able to cope.We ordered 3 drinks to sit in, all served in take away cups. This is maybe my fourth time stopping at this Starbucks, and fool me 4x shame on me… the service is always shocking, orders wrong, etc. I thought I could do a mobile order on my way to work and nip in. Order was placed at 9:10 and when I arrived there was only one other customer. My coffee was out at 9:34. First time to Edinburgh ,was served by Kieran on Monday 4th dec, what a lovely young man!! So polite, didn’t rush you to order, helping his colleagues in a lovely patient manner, very nice person, he’d make a great teacher!! Thank you for your service!
