Canny gastropub with open mic nights and decent prices. Food is very nice and also relatively cheaply priced. Fantastic selection of drinks from locally brewed beverages to more widely recognised beers.Definitely worth a visit if in the area
Very nice place, good food, great beer, great staff... Terrible music!!! It spoils the atmosphere, which is otherwise amazing. Only four out of five because of thatKid-friendliness: We stayed until 7,30 pm with two kids

Spectacular live music here with simple barbeque style food. By far the best night we had in Edinburgh and the staff are lovely, in trying times this was such a breath of fresh air rarely seen in recent times. Hopefully we will be be back some day! Love you Scotland, Love you Sample Rooms!
